What is your return policy?
Although we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and strive to maintain consistency, sometimes things go wrong. If you need to return a product due to a manufacturing defect we are more than happy to offer a full refund within the first 3 months of purchase. We cannot, however, offer refunds if you change your mind. Please contact us by email if you would like to discuss an issue with your order.
Do you offer gift cards?
No, currently we do not offer gift cards but we are working on introducing gift cards very soon.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept payment by either credit card, PayPal, Afterpay or Zip Pay. If you don't have a PayPal account you can also pay through the PayPal facility with your credit card.
I noticed local pickup is available, where are you located?
We are located in Coffs Harbour on the Mid North Coast of NSW.
What about shipping?
We know shipping costs can be a deal breaker when it comes to online shopping so all orders are at a flat rate of $8.50 postage and handling Australia wide.
If you would prefer to receive your parcel faster, express shipping is $13.50.
All orders over $150 receive free standard shipping.
Although we aim to process orders that are placed through the website daily, sometimes we get busy. We can usually guarantee that orders will be sent out within two business days, often on the same day. All orders are sent through Australia Post so please allow approximately 4-7 days for standard delivery and 1-2 days for express from day of shipping, depending on where you are located.
What about International orders?
Currently we are only shipping orders throughout australia and New Zealand. We are however, working on providing international shipping in the future so keep up to date with any changes by following us on our social media.
